REMOTE VIEWING SET UP SERVICE   -  $138.00 per hour                                                      

• Our Remote Viewing Set Up Service is ONLY for clients who have purchased a system from us
• It is for viewing from a remote PC or a smart phone
• Download the TeamViewer remote access software www.teamviewer.com 
• The price is for the first hour for our IT person to remotely access your DVR; over 1 hour is charged in 15 minute intervals

 

 

ON SITE VIEWING SET UP SERVICE  -  $199.00 per hour

• Our Remote Viewing Set Up Service is ONLY for clients who have purchased a system from us
• It is for viewing from a remote PC or a smart phone
• Download the TeamViewer remote access software www.teamviewer.com 
• The price is for an on-site visit for the first hour for us to set up Remote Access; over 1 hour is charged in 15 minute intervals

 

 

ROUTER RESET AND NETWORK SET UP SERVICE  -  $138.00 per hour

• Our Router Reset Network Set Up Service is ONLY for clients who have purchased a system from us and who have had their Router Re-configured or changed their Router
• It is for viewing from a remote PC or a smart phone
• Download the TeamViewer remote access software www.teamviewer.com 
• The price is for the first hour for our IT person to remotely access your DVR; over 1 hour is charged in 15 minute intervals

 

 

PASSWORD RECOVERY SERVICE  -  $138.00 per hour

• If you have lost your password for either the DVR or NVR or the network login, we may be able to recover it
• If you have the DVR or NVR Password, and want to default the DVR or NVR you can default it through “MENU” then “SYSTEM”
• If you have lost the DVR or NVR Password you will need to contact us to see if it is possible to recover the Password
• Password recovery of HIKVISION DVRs and NVRs needs the factory software to calculate it 
  by its serial number. This makes the password recovery difficult but not impossible
• HIKVision password recovery: go to http://overseas.hikvision.com/ueditor/net/upload/2015-12-24/b7d67cfb-e66d-477a-ae71-ec751d86da85.pdf to see the steps required, then email us the information, once we have the file from HIKVision to reset the password we will email it back to you
• Password recovery of AVTECH DVRs and NVRs can usually be achieved by us
• Avtech password recovery: return the DVR or NVR us and we will attempt to reset it, once reset we will courier it back to you
• For security reasons, you are encouraged to change the factory password, BUT it is imperative that you remember the password
• The price is for the first hour for our time to reset your DVR or NVR; over 1 hour is charged in 15 minute intervals
• Often we need to remove the DVR or NVR in which case further costs will be incurred
